  %COPY [J-M]@.GRP.ACCT,=.OTHER.ACCT

Inside of square brackets, MPEX uses one character from the "set", and a dash indicates a range (the "@" above really means "files beginning with J through files beginning with M" -- if your filenames are really one-letter names, then the @ is superflous)
