This is nearly off-topic but I figure some people here have knowledge
about this and there may be a quick answer:

In this climate of Internet growth, a customer requires some statistical
information about each load of product which is normally sent via
hardcopy. They now require it to be sent via the Internet (the data,
that is). Assembling and formatting the data is not a problem and is
produced via Powerhouse and downloaded to Excel on a PC using Samba,
massaged into a format similar to that required on the form. However,
each load could have about 60 fields to be entered which offers a
considerable possibility for finger trouble. I am looking for a way to
enter the data into the browser page automagically , similar to a cut
n'paste solution but I haven't yet found a way. can anyone suggest
aything?

I suppose I could download the page to a file, insert the data into the
HTML code and reload the page but that seems like overkill. :o)

TIA,

Cheers,

John Dunlop
