Acording to what I see in the 5.5 update manual (page 3-5 of the pp1 update
manual), number 4 says that you are on 4.0 you can go to 5.5.  If you are on
4.5 or 5.0 pull then you have to go to 5.0 push and then onto 5.5.  If you
are on a version prior to 4.0 then you have to upgrade to 5.0 push then to 5.5.

Or at least that is the way I read it.  I was already on 5.0 push when I
upgraded.
