So if instead of spending that $100 billion on squashing Iraq, say we spend
say $1 billion per year on pro-USA public relations efforts in the Middle
East.  It would take us 100 years to even out on the money.  Now how many
hearts and minds can we get to lean in our direction for $1 billion?  How
many little Osamas can we prevent that way?
