We have been printing to a Xerox document station for several months now,
(thanks to previous messages on this list, in fact).  And we did not have
to purchase any third party spooling tools.

Just add SNMP_ENABLED = FALSE to the line in your NPCONFIG file that
corresponds to the Xerox machine's network card's IP address.

Ours looks like this:

130 (network_address=<add the IP address here>  snmp_enabled=FALSE)

It was indeed a pleasure to demonstrate how "open" the HP3000 is!
