Maybe my nose is overwhelmed by recent brain farts, but I missed said
"nuanced odor of sardonicism" in Wirt's post.

Not to say that Wirt's wit can't easily fly right over my head, but the
article presented does offer a reasoned case for avoiding the switching of
horses midstream.

Wirt will probably clarify his position, now that it's been questioned, and
maybe you blindered patriots will be able to listen; maybe I'll wake up and
smell the coffee.
