I am trying to use telnet from the command line to telnet to
my mail server from my HP. ( MPE/iX 6.0 ) The client is
version [A6000000].  I can't get any response from the
mail server other than the initial welcome banner. Telnet
from a windows machine to the mail server works fine.
I've looked through the archives, but I still don't see why
I can't get telnet on the HP to work.  Do I have to go to
a third party app?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
