Mr. Collins, I should think that as a Montrealer you would know about rubs.
I suggest you visit Schwartz's deli and see how they prepare their smoked
meat.
At any rate, what you guys refer to as barbecue, is more appropriately known
as grilling down here. You have never had real barbecue until you come to
Texas, Tennessee and Missouri. The Bar-B-Barn is a very poor imitation.
