Hate to disagree with you, but I do have the name of the woman, as well as the
people above her. After the meeting I was in direct contact with them to
discuss this, and they provided the information which I posted. I even reviewed
the draft of the paperwork before it was sent out.
I believe now that the 5.0 push is being sent out this month, the issue will
come to a head, and be resolved along the proper lines. Specifically I can just
imagine the poor HP people who are swamped right now getting the new codewords
out to everyone, let alone what it will be when more people go onto 5.0!!! I'm
sure they will be "motivated" to correct the manual system with an automatic one
(along the Predictive Support idea).
