Hi All,

I have recently installed powerpatch 1 on top of MPE 5.5, and I'm still
pestered by messages like

        mkdir: cannot fork: Resource busy, try again
        mkdir: Internal error: j_close; no processes

This hapens quite frequently with arbitrary shell commands. Has anybody
got this problem ? Is there a cure ? I've also submitted this to HP CRC
but in many cases this list gives far better support :-)
