Joe,
Thanks for the update on this.  I know that this issue keeps circulating but
I also know that there is serious activity to find a way to obtain revenue
from this "resource" that we all have grown dependent on.  So when I receive
these emails I like to forward it on so that those folks, like yourself, who
have more knowledge on the subject can separate the truth from the rumor.  I
don't want to get surprised on this one.
