If you would like to try NBSpool, we have this capability and do offer
competitive replacements. NBSpool is also disaster tolerant. If there is
a printer outage or network segment failure all the print is
automatically routed to an alternate printer.

Subject: Spoolmate issue
Does anyone have a layout of the SPOOLMATE News file? We currently have
over 300 some printers defined and not being able to get them listed in
a sorted order is getting to be a pain.
I've been told if we exported and sorted and added back into the news
file. That would correct my issue. I just need a layout or has anyone
already taken care of the issue.
I've asked ROC to do this or give me a layout. But no real response
expect that it is on the list.
