Thanks Reid.

The problem is that I can't find how to set this. There's nothing useful
in the online help files that were installed, and nothing much in the
WRQ support website. There's also TelnetEcho connection setting,
and some other settings in the Connection Setup dialog box such as
Linemode and Local Echo. It's all very confusing and quite poorly
documented.

I'd love to read a bit of clear, concise documentation which explains:
1. ALL of the relevant settings to take advantage of the "advanced
telnet" mode that is now available on the hp3000,
2. which settings can be programmatically changed from the host
after the user has connected to our host,
3. which settings I should recommend that our distant external users
change to get better response.

Reflection has supported this for a couple of years, since version 8.0.3.
You need to set "Telnet Renegotiate Echo" to Yes to enable it.
