Hi Shawn,

for inbound TELNET (some telnet client wants to connect to your
MPE/iX system) read

Configuring and Managing MPE/iX Internet Services

(Hint: The internet daemon uses HFS configuration files; normally
the config files are MPE/iX flat files and located in .NET.SYS;
just set symbolic links to avoid maintaining two files at each
change)
