I've a problem. I have a client that has only the modem port and no DTCs
for outside access. I brought over a modem and a cable to enable me to
have temporary dial-in access. I've got intermittent success. Only
twice have I been able to dial in and get the colon prompt of the console
session. Mostly it doesn't respond at all, the modem answers the phone,
however.

I'm trying to figure out why.

1) The only time it worked, it was the dial in console. If the remote
is disabled I would have expected at least a system prompt on the other
LDEV, I get no response.

2) Did HP change the appropriate modem cable? What is the part number
or the pin-outs. I tried the R22219Q cable.
