Does anybody use both of these products together?  If so I need
help with the following:
 
1.  I need a way to get OCS/EXPRESS not to complain that our
STREAMX jobs do not have a job card on line 1 of the job
stream. (Temporarily, I have modified their UDCs to call
STREAMX with parm %141 to preprocess the stream file).  If
there is a better way I would like to know!
 
2.  I have learned that on NMPRG programs we can add
XL='streamnl.pub.vesoft' to get the program to call STREAMX
instead of STREAM.  Which OCS/EXPRESS programs should we do
this to and what would the benefit be (in example 1 above,
OCS/EXPRESS forces the job stream file to have a job card in
line 1, before they even attempt to call STREAM, so I don't
see a benefit for that program, but maybe )?
