One can hardly expect Vesoft to send you manuals gratis. $20.00 is probably a
pass through price.

Vesoft is one of the few companies (Robelle is another) whose software
purchase and maintenance prices are site and not tier based. Most of the other
HP3000 third-party vendors get big bucks per copy, per machine size or number
of users. Yes, from them you should expect to receive constant free manuals.

The bread and butter folk at Vesoft and Robelle are not raking it in like some
of the others.

Subject: Vesoft manuals

I find it greatly irritating that Vesoft doesn't send a new manual when they
send a new version of the software. Does anyone know how to print a new
copy locally? I would rather not pay them $20.
