Hi Dave. I have been testing Workload Manager a bit and it works as
surgested.
You can define own workgroups who is defined by how users log on and/or
which program they run. This workgroup can then have all parameters used
in the tune command for c,e,f queue. They can also have mincpu and
maxcpu parameter.
 
MinCPU is that a workgroup always will have a amount of CPU if they needs
it.
MaxCPU is that he will never have more then this % of the CPU.
 
It is important that the sum of all MinCPU never goes over 80 % because
the OS will then have problem and not have CPU.
