(Whoa, I think I might know this one!)
 
Do you have a properly formatted hosts file on the PC?  It should have
the host name (with the IP address of the host you defined in NMMGR), and
the name you want to use for the host.  ours is:
192.001.001.001 eagle
 
You can define the host IP address on NMMGR to be whatever you want, in
the proper format (It took me hours to figure out that bit).
 
If that doesn't work, I reccommend throwing the HP at the PC.  Good luck.
