The following idea may not be practical for a large number of jobs, but a
job stream could, just before EOJ, print itself to a staging group(s) as
appropriate. Being lazy, I would use HPSPOOLID as the file name, so there is
little chance of one file overwriting another, but if users are going to
reliably download these, they can print to a known name.
