We will be updating from C.70.00 p2 to C.75.00 p2 on a HP 3000 / 969 /k120 -
any gotcha's that anyone came across when doing this upgrade?

I am in the process of doing all my tape verifications and check lists for
our upgrade this weekend.

I checked with my software vendors and only MPEX needed an update.  I am
validating tapes an runing through what steps we will be taking.

And while I have the system down I will also removing 5 of our 7 DTC's and
removing a reel tape drive.

Any and all advice is welcome - I do this so rarely that I am trying to
remeber what if anything can go wrong.
