I know I asked this question before, but I'm in somewhat of a quandary
so I'll ask it again.

We have recently become a 24 by 7 shop with an ODBC listener that
runs 24 x 7 servicing a client/server application with the HP3000
as the data base server. We also run Image logging, which is
causing a problem for us in our search for a zero-down-time,
online backup utility.

So far, we have only looked seriously at Orbit's backup utility,
which refuses to work for us. Orbit has been, shall we say,
less than helpful. The first time we tried their product and
it wouldn't work, they told me we needed to be on the latest
release of Image/SQL, but they couldn't tell me which version
of Image/SQL supported the DBQUIESCE function. After talking
to this list (and HP) we found out the Image/SQL version we
had would support DBQUIESCE. Then they advised me that we
needed to be on the latest PowerPatch, so after I installed
PP4 over the weekend, we tried their product again and it still
doesn't work. Now they are just ignoring me.

So, what other products are there? I know of the following:

TurboStore from HP (I wonder how I could get a demo of it?)

RoadRunner from ? (How do I get in touch with whoever sells
it? Does it support unattended, ZDT, online backup of Image
DB's with logging running?)

Any others?

Thanks for any assistance anyone can provide. <plugs> are welcome.
