Finally found reference on HP Instant Access CD
I also tested a :STORE on a database with and without the ;FULLDB option
after making changes to
only one dataset (1/22).
Results - Without the ;FULLDB option, only the root and changed dataset
were
stored. With ;FULLDB, the whole database was. Therefore, ;FULLDB does
not seem
to be the default, at least under me version of MPE (55.07)

FULLDB
In a non-7x24 true-online backup environment, allows you to backup the
entire database by just specifying the root filename only in the
fileset. Default for a 7x24 true-online backup.
