It's true.  They have not bumped up the version of Mirvutil, but they have
made changes to it necessary to accomodate the innards of the system from
release to release.  I recently had to obtain a patch for 6.5, we were on
5.5 before.  Results: same version number, but bigger NMPRG.

So what should constitute a change in version #?   Perhaps keeping it
compatible with the next OS does not mean they should increment the version.
