Is there anyone out there that has one of these printers configured and
working on an HP3000 through Ethernet connection?  If so, please help me
out.  We have been trying all day to get this thing configured.

I believe an LPQ1500 is the same as the Linejet 1500 which we have and use
successfully.  NPCONFIG reads as follows.

6   (network_address = 172.20.200.55   # Comp Rm LINEJET 1500 printer
     snmp_enabled = false
     pjl_supported = true
     data_timeout = 30
     banner_header = true
     setup_file = NP6.UTIL.SYS
     poll_interval = 3)

Everything from banner_header on down is your own shops decision.
