Hmmm. Looks like I'll probably stick with sending data from my NMPRG
to the Java GUI client program or applet using the "boring" approach
of simple DISPLAY statements with fixed columns, comma delimited or
somesuch. The parsing on the Java side (eg with substring() or alike)
is fairly straightforward -- and it already works as of today, without
me having to struggle with learning lots of complex standards/specs.
