Note that this likely isn't really an *image* error.
Ron's original post (running Suprtool 4.0.01) shows:

I did not see an FSERR -544 in the system catalog.

Privately, he mentioned it happens to several databases at the
same time on the same night, and that it has occurred three times
in three months.
