I wondered too. So I went into Lookout and clicked on Tools then Rules
Wizard. I set up a rule that said every message containing the words H-1B
should receive a reply from a template. I didn't bother to create the
template but my total time spent was under 30 seconds. I could have created
all sorts of exceptions so that a list people I want to hear from on this
subject would not have received my "canned" reply. This would take another
few minutes. So for all of this to take place takes only a few minutes. Of
course multiply that time by the number of issues with which elective
representatives have to deal and it maybe an FTE or two. Hey, that's why we
pay for his staff.
