This is indeed the logical conclusion;  Jeff has stated it well.
Done correctly, this would seem to have the potential to
become a continuous HP - user interface.......  For one thing,
it would mean that if an important new issue comes up just
after IPROF or HP World, we wouldn't have to wait six months
to start a serious dialog about it.
 
Maybe we could even carry it far enough to allow intra-
conference adjustments of SIG enhancement priorities,
for those cases when some hot new issue comes up.....
Like Java, for example...........
