We ran in to this same problem a year or so ago with a particularly nasty
(lotsa fields & edits) form and after calling the RC, the suggested fix
was "reduce the number of edits or break the form into multiple screens".
After pointing out that neither option was desirable, I received the
(more-or-less) standard "please submit an enhancement SR" response.
I did. We're still waiting.
(We ended up doing the edits in the COBOL code rather than in the form)
I get the impression that VPLUS is considered a "mature" (read: no more
enhancements) product by HP. Anyone care to correct me on this?
