Attachments are already being done for HP3000-L, thanks due to Jeff Kell.
Jeff is the reason why yesterday's worm script didn't get any further
assistance from HP3000-L. It was automatically stripped off before it went
out to everyone on the list.

However, as I said earlier, I would eliminate all "modern"/"cool" features
(HTML, MIME, etc. encodings) from publicly-relayed emails. Steam-powered text
files seem the only appropriate way to dispense information any more.

I didn't intend those comments for HP3000-L particularly. Rather, I meant
them for all public listservers.
