How cute. There are five "new" manuals I received around the same time when
I ordered the 5.0 Pull:

MPE/iX Shell and Utilities Reference Manual, Volumes 1&2
   MPE/iX Developer's Kit Reference Manual, Volumes 1&2
   MPE/iX Shell and Utilities User's Guide (36431-9002)

The first is essentially just the man pages (as Craig later points out) and
useful as a reference, but USELESS for learning anything about the shell.
The second contains C library Posix definitions, SysV IPC, terminfo, curses,
and other programming references (which AREN'T in the man pages (!) like they
are on many Un*x systems).

The latter is an EXCELLENT manual for the non-Un*x-mindset, and a pretty
nice tutorial as well.

Yes, but that implies you KNOW the topics ahead of time. Unless I'm mistaken
(I'd be happy to be corrected!) there is no "index" or "table of contents"
to the man pages, so you don't know what's available.
