You might want to check with Taurus Software. (415) 961-1323    Their
product 'warehouse' is capable of generating a test database from a larger
production database.

I personally have not created a test database with this product.  We use
Warehouse for archiving old data off of our databases.  But I do know that
you can write a script to do exactly what you are asking.
