I am unable to find any QTP command that will directly purge the
QTPSCR or QTPSORT files between REQUESTS from within a single RUN. I
can always split the REQUESTS into separate RUNS which, in all
likelihood, would solve the problem by virtue of closing the scratch
files at the end of the QTP process. But for implementation reasons
this is not a preferred solution.

Is there a means to effect a purge or clearing of the designated
scratch file from within QTP? Or is there an MPE file equate to
QTPSCR which might have the same effect? It has been far too long
since I exercised this part of my memory.

I cannot recall running into this problem before.
