Installing the Telnet card is the easy part. Just slide it into an empty
slot of a DTC that contains neither an x.25 card nor another telnet card.

You also need HP's Openview DTC manager software, which requires openview
for windows as well. The PC on which it resides also needs a network card.

The cost of the software will set you back over $2,000 canadian.

Your current version of reflection will work just fine. You will need a
TCP/IP stack on your PC. If the PC is running Workgroup for Windows, you can
download a free TCP/IP software from www.microsoft.com (or variuos other
bb's). If you are running Windows '95, TCP/IP software is included - you
just need to configure it. If you have neither WWG nor W95, you need to buy
or find the appropriate TCP/IP software. WRQ offers it, among others.
