Thank you for taking the time to respond to my questions.

I wasn't aware that there was a lawsuit involved. This does seem, as you
say, "unusual" to say the least and for you to have to involve your own
funds seems just wrong.

It's a shame that this previous board member deems it necessary to try to
destroy everything that some people have spent so long trying to build. This
doesn't seem to conform to the great spirit of support and assistance that
the HP3000 community is renowned for.

In that case, I will certainly try and be patient and understanding and I
wish you all a speedy and satisfactory resolution to these problems.
