Gary,

I believe the file in question was a partially restored file from
Orbit Backup+ that did not restore cleanly.  If you have MPEX you can purge
it from there providing you have SM or AM capability.

Otherwise, you can probably use 'rm' from within the POSIX shell or
directly using RM.HPBIN.SYS;INFO="<fully qualified filename>".  You will
still need SM or AM capability for the account that the file is in.
