its 'Express Lane' feature with relative ease.

For instance, infringement can be avoided by simply requiring users to take
an additional action to confirm orders."]


B&N should add a "compulsory" mini Yes/No survey next to their one-click
order button.
The question to be answered could be "Do you agree with the ruling in favour
of Amazon? Yes/No" :)
