Actually one option is to get your MPE support provider to dial into the
system when the machine has crashed and use the SAT tool (interactive
stand-alone debug) to see if they can get some idea of why the machine
failed.  If you don't have support, or don't have a modem hooked up with
remote console capability, or can't get a hold of anyone quickly when the
machine is down, there are a few canned SAT commands that might be of help
in getting some idea of why the machine failed.  I'm not a SAT guru, but
Stan or someone else will probably have some suggestions.
