I am having a very frustrating time finding the PCL command for an
  environment file that collates the print job.  The documentation on our
  HP printer has a section of "frequently used commands".  I found the multiple
  copies one (esc&l3X - for 3 copies) but I would like to tell it to
  collate/no collate.  Does anyone know what this might be?  I tried the
  caveman approach of looking on the LCD panel for a menu where I could
  force set it.  No collate option.
