The first piece of software we licensed at CSILLC, after MPE of course, was
QWEBS, then NetMail. We still have QWEBS and recommend it highly for sites
that wish to stay away from HFS. Duane Percox and company have done a great
job keeping this product, written entirely in COBOL by the way, up to snuff.
Each SIGWeb meeting seems reveal a new feature in this well-kept-secret of a
product.

(Yeah, today we have them all - but we got our start with QWEBS, and still
use it. There are parts of our site where QWEBS picks up - there are parts
where Apache picks up, and there are parts that are run on an NT box under
IIS. Each has a different use :)

Oh yes, and if you do like working with HFS files, QWEBS will let you do
that as well... we did.
