Which reminds me of the time when a very expensive IBM 3090 where I was
working crashed because it overheated, destroying expensive internal
parts. On analysis it turned out that the water-cooled system had run out
of water when a gardener had inadvertedly disconnected the attachment to
the outside faucet in order to plug in his hose to water some plants and
had never connected it back up again !
