check raven's archives...lars asked about this a couple(?) of weeks
ago.  i don't recall if he said what os level or anything about
patches....  short version is, there is a ci bug involving hplastspid
that was introduced by a patch attempting to fix a different problem. 
maybe lars will summarize....    - d
