I'm starting to bang my head on this one a bit, even with all the fine
     information I was given.  I have a couple problems trying to figure
     this out, DBDUMP isn't working, and I don't have my notes from 9 years
     ago when I first figured this out.  Can someone tell me how many bytes
     the DSCB is per set and at what bytes the CAP, MAX CAP, and INCR AMT
     are located, and how long those items are?  I'm sure they are 32 bit
     integers, but just want to make sure.

     Anyone that answers, next time your in the Disneyland area of
     california, I'll buy you lunch :).
