Here's a thought, I wonder if any Iraqi WMD manufacturing
sites are using HP3000 manufacturing software like MANMAN 
Classic or MM3000?

What would a U.N. Inspector think if he visited such a site?

Makes one wonder about manufacturing phrases like:

- Bills Of Material (BOMs)
- "Blow Through"  BOMs
- "Phantom" part numbers

Would WMD inspectors know the difference between:
- Single vs. Multiple Inventory Locations?

Is the Chemical portion of a Chemical Weapon:
- Issued from the Stock Room or Free Stock?

Are Bio-Weapon agents considered:
- Make or Buy parts?

If a weapon is launched, where is the FOB point?
(And would they charge for delivery and insurance?)

If the U.S. issued source of a Bio-Agent failed
Receiving/Inspection, would they Return-to-Vendor
or Scrap?
