Well, I guess that many HTML forms or GUI screens do not only have
plain text or numeric input fields, but also those nice checkboxes,
radio boxes, drop down lists, selection lists and so on. And maybe
the dialog also has multiple "submit buttons" (add, modify, delete,
for example)... assuming no function keys, you'd probably switch
between keyboard and mouse a couple of times (depending on how the
screen is designed).

Note that I am not meaning to say that VPLUS is better than GUI,
each just seems to have its own benefits depending on context.
