It looks like the SHOWCLKS program may be rounding the offset between the
hardware clock and the system time. I would recomend setting the hardware
clock again using the CLKUTIL from the ISL prompt. Your hardware clock
appears to be slightly off. When you are prompted during the bootup process
for the date and time, you will have to enter your correct local time and
this will set the MPE offset between the hardware clock and the system time.
You may also want to the TZ variable in a logon UDC.
