You're telling the 3000 that the gateway is at 10.10.1.3.
If it is supposed to be at 10.10.1.50, then you need to change the
gateway definition to send it there in the first place.
You are probably getting ICMP redirects, which the 3000 does a noble but
not quite thorough job of doing, to redirect you to a gateway at 10.10.1.50.
