In order to avoid spontaneous severe caffeine peril in the future, I would
recommend switching to decaf.

Quite possibly. On a similar note, my iPad came under severe caffeine peril
when the iBook I was reading had Jack Readier being menaced with a Clock
pointed straight at him.

Mind you, I'd be alarmed if that happened to me....
