The HP announcement yesterday about MPE/iX 6.5 says that it supports the
DLT8000.  However, I don't see why MPE/iX 5.5 PP7 is not able to support it now
by simply telling the system it's a DLT7000.  Please do not take this as a
definitive answer.  HP needs to weigh in on this one.
